RATES & INSURANCE
Individual Therapy Sessions: $175
Couples Therapy Sessions: $220
We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Emblem Health, Empire, GHI, Medicare, MVP, NYSHIP, Oxford, Value Options, 1199, and United Health Care. Depending on the type of insurance, reimbursement rates may vary. Please contact your insurance company for your rates. We will work with you to submit your insurance claim for out-of-network reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24-hour cancellation and reschedule policy for all individual and group appointments. Less than 24-hour notice will result in paying a fee for that scheduled visit. You are sent a text and an email reminder 24 hours in advance for all appointments.
